      You get to gain a lot of hands-on experience. The view is beautiful, the work culture is amazing, and the flexibility is amazing!

      Cons

      There are not many cons. You must keep your workload current to avoid a heavy workload and avoid many issues.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
