Cons

The company is in the midst of a directional and financial crisis. Getting direction for what to do from higher management is nearly impossible. Nobody really knows what is going on.

Pros

There are still some good people there.

Cons

Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
