They over work and underpay you. They don’t have an actual end of the year review process to evaluate how you’ve progressed or areas of improvement. No real training. Expected to work like a big law attorney with no big law salary. A lot of yelling from partners. No work life balance. Required attorneys to work in the office during COVID 2020- present. 100% in the office because partners didn’t believe in COVID. No remote or hybrid options, 100% in the office because they want control over you. Very toxic place. A lot of abuse of power. They never fire or discipline partners, no matter how many HR complaints they get.
