Poor management, old school. They are not open to feedbacks for improvement. Only think of profits and think they are the best.

Don’t address the root cause when trying to fix issues. Beat around the bush. When happy act like friends. Not happy then find faults without fixing the main visible problem. Emotional Distress

c-suite that doesn't really want to listen to lower level employees, certain members of middle management are plain toxic, and HR seems to be out to eliminate anyone that is a personal threat.
