Family feel environment made it easy to do good work

Could use more of a mentorship program for newbies

I was lucky enough to have a great experience interning at Motz. There I got to work alongside the best to learn about the commissioning process. I really enjoy the work culture and work life balance at Motz. Motz also has lunch and learn opportunities which I benefited a lot from.

Not much to complain about.
