Health benefits were okay. Good health insurance rates.
Cons
Only a few supervisors care about their subordinates. These supervisors are on the late and mid order pulling shifts. Every supervisor on the early shift could NOT care less if their workers were alive or dead. The HR department is the biggest joke in the warehouse. They treat you like a number, snub you every chance they get, and they have a weird god-complex. They do not care about workers. AT ALL. No matter how hard you work, they will treat you like trash.
