Most importantly at no point did anyone scream at this reviewer. They're encouraged to outline one instance of that happening. We believe that this reviewer was hired due to a past relationship with a vendor they worked for. We went into it with a rosy view and, despite a rigorous interview process, hired someone who wasn’t a good fit for our company. We have over 1000 extremely happy customer reviews because we deliver tough to produce results, and that means a lot of potential hires simply will not be up the the task
They seemed to realize quickly once they began, that this company and our staff work very hard and are very committed. From the lowest person to the highest, any lack of work ethic was going to be under the spotlight from the start. It seems they expected to be paid a salary to mostly build a sales career, but we’re property managers, and any sales have to be done in addition to fully handling day-to-day tasks first. That level of effort requires serious conviction that many lack, and it was obvious very early this was a mistake by both parties.
