Pros

Moved is comprised of a small, nimble team with a focus on iterative feature development with a fast feedback loop and quality customer service. The VP Product has a strong engineering background and can handily navigate trade-offs when discussing engineering architecture decisions. The employees are all very accepting and friendly. There are no big egos and open discussion is encouraged.

Cons

No 401k, health benefits are comprehensive but, especially with a family, can cost a lot out of pocket.

Pros

- Extremely high level of talent of engineers, product, customer service, management - Opportunity to build quality software with best practice techniques - Time given to learn and develop one's career - Flexible work environment - Awesome group of individuals who are friendly, welcoming, and fun

Cons

- Not really a negative, but there is so much opportunity that so many projects seem fun / interesting. As MOVED continues to grow, they'll be able to tackle more and continue to fill the gaps in the industry.
