Deals with plenty of MNCs and often in ground breaking development. Opportunity to meet project directors and understand the fundamentals of how the latest technology works.
Cons
Lots of overtime. Bosses are often busy and pay little/no attention to you. Attention will only be given when there is a problem. Impatient and sexist director. Favors the women and gives preferential treatment. Not a place for fresh graduates. Poor medical benefits. Expectation to work even when you are sick or overseas on a holiday. Expect to overwork in a very stressful environment and be very underpaid.
