Pros
Movile has a unique environment in Brazil, presenting a nice contrast with the majority of other brazilian IT companies. It has a very light and friendly environment, with flexible hours and focus on results - not timetables or anything like that. It's been growing fast for the last few years so there are lots of opportunities.
Cons
Like most of other companies that experienced a rapid growth, Movile still needs to improve its internal organization an HR. Also, since everything is really dynamic, I think it requires a certain level of self-management skills of its employees.
