Pros
It was an enjoyable experience learning and working with the team. Most of the management knew the business inside out and understood how to lead a team to success and produce top-notch work. The team is also friendly in general. Most importantly you get to work on big and exciting projects. However, it comes with the price of working longer hours to achieve greatness. So your goals better are aligned and dedicated to the cause.
Cons
Personally, I'm afraid I have to disagree with the unlimited changes practice that the company provides their clients. Occasionally you may be given one day's notice that you are expected to work during the weekends, which may be disruptive if you have plans already.
