Misleading - Anonymous employee Movinx Employee Review

Incredibly supportive team, great mix of skills, backgrounds and personalities.

Downsides to remote first - I don't get to see my colleagues face to face. I knew to expect this so it has not come as a shock, I would just like to spend more face time with people.

The company with up to 50 employees. Top management is open and ready to listen to everyone.

It's a startup, so you won't find established processes like in larger companies. There's a lot of uncertainty, and product development directions and deadlines often change.
