      People working around are helpful, willing to show things in details patiently. No micro management so get lots of freedom to do things carefully in a comfortable pace.

      Cons

      Not so much promotion opportunities or long term career growth there, management can be greedy sometimes looking at the site only closed on Christmas Day.
