Pros
There are no pros to working in this pyramid scheme, unless you like working at grocery stores with your college degree. Run for the hills, it's a trap.
Cons
They lie about how the company is structured. They'll have you come in for meetings on your days off. Meeting is a loose term, it's somewhere between a cult experience and a pep rally. They will show you how you can be a marketing manager and make six figures in six months...which is BS. I was supposedly hired by the "CEO" , but the second day there they told me her boss was coming in. Well there is no board, so who is in charge of the CEO? Answer: usually nobody, because the CEO is the top before the board assuming they have one. After several red flags I dug deeper. This company has been under several names over the last couple of decades, I will let you decide what that means, and they have nothing but bad reviews nationwide. If you are an ex-con, this is the job for you, because they will hire anybody.
