before joining Moët Hennessy i considered the company as a prestigious brand but upon meeting the people working within the company I quickly learnt the more people you are intimate with the higher you get in the company. the HR department are useless and insufficient. I had to organise my own exit interview.
Cons
No diversity. Moët Hennessy believes they are diverse because they have multiple white European employees… HR refuses to publish the companies diversity statistics, it would be shocking to post.
