It is similar to any other IT service companies where there are middle management people who are there in the organisation for more than 10 to 20 years. They have a yesteryear mindset, they don’t know the market dynamics and dealing with young bloods. Over the period of time the managers have zero skill set development and therefore they judge everything from their narrow vision. in a nutshell they are just saving their jobs and making the employees job tough.
