Pros
Ski school staff had great systems in place to make it a very positive work environment. Lots of paid clinics, opportunities to provide feedback, good perks, discounts, and incentives for even PT employees. I always felt really well treated by ski school management and they were very personable despite it being such a large department. Not perfect, but fairly organized for a ski school.
Cons
Way more instructors than lessons available, but it sounds like they have since hired less instructors for the 2025-2026 season.
