Store managers and store teams are involved in the hiring process for the majority of our positions at the store level, except for staff members. We select the best-qualified candidate for the role based on their skills and experience. All Muddies are eligible to apply for any position in the company, whether in stores or at the Home Office. Candidates with the qualifications and experience required for that position are invited to interview. Store Managers and department heads are also happy to have career conversations with Muddies who would like to grow their skills and experience in anticipation of movement within the company in order to help them prepare for such roles.
