Mud Bay takes accusations of discrimination and harassment very seriously and the safety of our Muddies is of utmost importance. We understand that working in the pet retail industry comes with some of the less-fun tasks, such as stocking food bags and cans that can get heavy! Our goal is to balance that effort with fun, comradery, support, education, and of course, hanging out with dogs and cats. The training we offer for the First Year Journey with Mud Bay, personal safety and safe animal handling, and the health and happiness of the people and pets we serve is something we are proud of. We’re always looking for ways to make our training even better.
