      Plenty of overtime is available.

      Horrible management. Management should be more selective of whom they employ. No communication skills . Definitely have no concerns for current employees.

      Making good quality product. Too many lay offs. Low stability. I've continued to work through the lay offs.

      The amount of overtime you can grab is good

      Cons

      The company goes by senority so if ur a great worker it don't matter cause you're the low man no matter what until you put the time in.
