The best and possibly only training from the company that actually teaches you a duplicatable business model. Also how to actually list and SELL HOUSES. Mikel Muffley is the hardest working man I know. He has taught myself and many others how to be the best Realtor you can be. His Sales approach and philosophies are far superior than any other brokerages I know about. As most agents get their license, which all that class does is teach your to pass a test to get your license. It doesn't teach you how to get business or how to sell homes at all! Without buying leads we are able to produce our own database of past clients and create a business that every agent should know. But unfortunately his passion sometimes gets confused with other things. But he actually cares for his people and has given us the blueprint to a well oiled machine!! That without I would not know what to do. and probably have to do what I have seen at other brokerages that just buy leads. Very grateful for M&A and Mikel Muffley to be here here where you learn to Sell! Also learn many other parts of the business that no one else teaches! Principles before personalities!

Owner is a controlling, condescending, narcissistic know it all. He is never wrong, which is easy when he never lets anyone get a word in edgewise. Not to mention anger issues. Makes environment very tense.
