      Pros

      Although the customers are not very classy, management always seems to have the team members back and does a lot of rewarding for just a minimum wage job.

      Cons

      Hectic during the busy times. They require full weekend availability in order to work there. Very little career growth. Everyone who is at the top has been there a while and isn't going anywhere anytime soon

      Pros

      It was a good first job. Many people are friendly and the kids have a blast. If you are a student, this is a good job to have. Management was great, I had no issues when I needed to request a day off or call off. They also always gave me opportunities to pick up hours or switch a shift with someone.

      Cons

      Not fun to work in hot weather, especially in the summer. Some kids can be rowdy or don't follow rules so you have to make sure they do.
