-People there are depressed. The displeasure is palpable. Many people want to leave.
-This place has made several people with degrees in translation-related fields quit the translation industry all together.
-No real opportunities for growth.
-No real training, especially for the foreign offices, who are difficult to work with.
-Nothing is standardized, people get in trouble for not following word-of-mouth policies, and it's confusing when things are constantly changing.
-Leadership doesn't listen, and can be condescending
