The highly competent technical staff at Multibeam is unparalleled, all working collaboratively and effectively. The work environment is conducive to stimulating thought processes and cross-fertilization of ideas. The entire company marches in harmony toward a common goal. It's a pleasure to be part of this team.
Cons
I suppose traffic in this area would be a negative, except that Multibeam is milestone-oriented, not focused on a regimented routine. As it turns out, the team enjoys the problem-solving as is evidenced by employees' desires to put in the hours necessary to accomplish the tasks at hand.
