The only positive experience I had working for Multibrands was the colleagues I had the pleasure to work with, who were professional, supportive and forward-thinking.
Cons
I found Multibrands a very unsupportive and unprofessional company to work for due to various factors; - There is zero induction and training offered. From the first day, we were left to find out all information ourselves and set up our own computers. - Staff retention is extremely poor. In my 3 months working at Multibrands at least 6 people left to my knowledge and the majority of employees had been there less than 1 year. - The company is not forward-thinking. Their only concern is making quick sales with no strategies or plan for the future. - The owners and management are passive-aggressive, demanding and unsupportive. The have unrealistic expectations and treat their staff as just a sales number with no consideration for growth or development.
