Pros

Located right next to peel... Retail industry (could be pro and con) Few people are actually nice to work with a bit relax environment President is really nice but have no idea what is going on with projects. He is a business person with no technical background.

Cons

-Pay is very low for everyone except the management team. -Delphi programming language, super old technologies, very bad applications and web services. -No training for anyone. Professional services have no idea how they are suppose to proceed, some developers are decent but the stuff they create is very boring. Technical analysts have all different kind of information and this is causing more issues rather than solving. -internal conflicts between department. Dev vs support vs professional services. -Insurance package is quite useless. -Dictators in every department You can only stay there for 1-2 years maximum just for the experience then move on for something better.

Pros

You can learn a lot by working at such a bad company. Your sadness will also be shared by everyone around you so at least you won't be alone. There's also lot's of turnover so you'll probably be able to make some new friends.

Cons

This is a software company run by an accountant who treats everyone, including staff and clients like line-items on an invoice he doesn't want to pay. The management has absolutely no clue how to produce quality software or a winning team atmosphere. They can't even get a solid recommendation from a client without giving them free support contracts. The people who are suffering the most are definitely the clients since they are sold an expensive solution which they cannot afford to replace after they realized they got screwed. Just shameful.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your opinion. We are somewhat taken back by your harsh comments but do understand that at times people need a platform to vent their frustrations. We do welcome all positive and negative input from our current and past employees and always strive to maintain an "open door" policy for all issues and concerns. We would have liked the opportunity to address your concerns during your employment. As in every corporate environment "staff turnover" is expected. Although here at Multidev we are very proud to say that the majority of our staff and clients have been with us for more than 5 years which speaks volumes for us. As a company we are heavily invested in our staff, product and clients and make every effort to always improve our corporate culture. We may not be perfect but we always strive to maintain a pleasant work environment.
