Pros
Nice campus, facilities run down and lack of maintenance. Staff overworking.
Cons
Not professional of handling staff. Many good performance staff left for the past few years due to poor management from management, HR and operation. No empathy provided. No career advancement opportunity. Throwing people out to serve other non-teaching faculty to bring in income without asking permission.
