MMU now no longer the MMU I used to love - Lecturer Multimedia University Employee Review

Current President acts like Kim Jung Un, running the university purely like a business, so don't bother to initiate or change anything, just follow. Pay is below market and don't expect an increase or bonus much. Whoever down below the President is learning to be another Kim Jung Un to their subordinate and flatter the President as much as possible, nothing else. Corrupted and toxic environment that will show its real issue perhaps after this Kim Jung En left.
