But you have to work on your own learning. No nesting period or official training. Not all are professionals. since the company has full of employees dynasty, they are not so friendly as the usual kind of people I've worked with. there's awkwardness feeling yet you've haven't done any, not even a nod. I find it funny coz its obvious. Salary is also a problem, Only those family and relatives of those in the executive positions can get high salary, while some of us got promoted but paid almost at minimum yet no raise after 8 months working while seeing a lot of unproductive workers enjoy 10times of what some of us get. Its really disappointing to know it all just because an HR head accidently posted their earnings in the grp lobby and it stuck in my memory and feel sorry for myself for working too hard and risk my 2yr old kid just for those kind of people.
