- Good knowledgeable people - Opportunities to get to know everyone by sport and monthly events. Relatively small number of staff is a welcome addition.
Cons
- Confused management with no planning. Constantly fire-fighting. - Unrealistic working conditions and pressures reducing staff morale with little additional productivity - Hiring and firing people damaging working culture with no real purpose other than to stay below budget - No real interest in development of staff - No interest
