      Interesting products. International company. You are given some freedom to test your ideas. Sales are doing well. Salary is fine.

      Cons

      High turnover in senior leadership due to disconnect C-suite in headquarter. Corporate management arrogance and limited consultation of the middle/ senior management lead to chaotic operational situations. Frequent re-organisation brings continuous confusion on who is doing what.

      you can sleep in for 4 hours and leave 4 hours early

      Cons

      if you are considering a position on the sales team, find someone with the same job title on linkedin and message them. They'll tell you they're going to leave soon because of how lousy the management is.
