      good benefits package. Work life balance was manageable. Pay was decent, not great.

      One moment they sit down and figure out a performance plan, a week later you are let go

      Quality of work and the opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Everything else. Pay is low, no promotions, no bonus, work life balance doesn't exist, job is extremely fast, high paced and high pressure.
