      Company has a very flat structure (it is possible to interact with upper management) New processes being implemented that are necessary as the company matures Colleagues are dedicated and great to work with

      Company has a very flat structure (so career path is unclear) Hours can be long and there does not seem to be any interest in reining this in It is easy to get pigeon holed into one particular role
