Pros
Very good compensation package, it would be difficult to find better in Paris for the same job. Well located in Paris. Talented people. Top management people are pretty smart and humble. Developpers are well considered.
Cons
Work-life balance is not very good. Tasks as a software engineer might not be very creative: depending on your team, you might have to deal with a lot of legacy code written decades ago and very poorly designed. Fair amount of stress: usually new features have to be shipped pretty fast which obviously affects the quality. Globally, poor passion for technical expertice. Career development plan almost non existent.
