Good Company, Bad leaders - Senior Consultant Murex Employee Review

Some consulting manager and senior consulting managers are horrible leaders. First they should learn English again, as their instructions are misleading and blames us if we make mistake because of their poor grammar. No recognition and reward despite hard work and good quality of work. Company should know that if employees are not getting promotion and proper recognition, then the poor leadership by the consulting managers are the reason.
