      Pros

      Good money and benefits. Lots of overtime because they are so unorganized.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. No tools to do your job with. Overtime only for the few they like. Equipment is neglected and breaks down alot. Nepotism is a huge problem there. "Good old boys club". Low shop morale.
