      Pros

      The only pro of this job was it led to complete shift in my career path. I realized how miserable I would be in nonprofit work and how little I would make (did not make enough to live in studio apt at on my own).

      Cons

      Utterly disorganized. I loved the mission but the execution was not there. This is just another poorly run nonprofit with budgetary issues, grossly inflated department heads, and under appreciated employees.

      Pros

      Mission driven, lots of flexibility and great relationships. The families and sponsors are amazing. The company continues to make changes that are beneficial to its employees.

      Cons

      National employees don't always have a good sense of what it's like in the field. Sometimes the cart is ahead of the horse.
