Pros
My boss was great, but then when he did not agree with senior management he was fired. From there it went downhill. However, the 401k match is outstanding.
Cons
Everything besides the 401k. No job security, more of a dictatorship than a well run company. Senior management will make you feel like a piece of dirt, they get in your face and yell at you, then ask you why your unhappy.
