>pro-company management >they don't value their employees (or maybe not much) >management only focuses on sales/income >no bonuses (14th month, perfomance bonus) >2 or more years contract bond for training (even if you already know it, you are force to attend) >no salary increase if you have contract bond >not competitive salary package (minimum for fresh grad, no salary increase for 2 years if you have contract bond) >you will be sued for breach of contract if you work on the same industry after leaving the company (you won't be able to exercise your expertise for 2 years or pay 100K) >lots of broken promises >don't work here if you are experienced (trust me)
