Don’t join this company, instead remain unemployed because they will harass you everyday especially if you’re not a Christian or a South Indian They will mark your LOP if you punch a sec later than 9 am They have 6 days working They have 12 months probation You can only take 1 leave a month during probation so forget about any family emergency, medical emergency or maternity leaves at all They have daily morning prayer where they will pray for their founders which is so bizarre They will force you to wear salwar suit or saree only if you’re a female employee They have 2 month’s notice even during probation so neither can’t you take any leave or quit the company once you have entered their premises No HR policies in place You’ll have to deal with never ending threats if you share your thoughts of not being able to adjust in their slavery culture You’ll have to satisfy egos of all the oldies
