Pros
Great people, free movies, great entry level management job. Learned a lot about discipline and multitasking. Managed over 100 employees at 20 years old. The big premiers were a blast and I had the opportunity to meet some stars.
Cons
Impossible to promote, hard work gets unnoticed. Low pay. You work with a majority of young kids who's this is their first job, and it shows.
