Great kitchen staff and friendly coworker environment

Horrendous management ethics. I know of 2 others among myself who were silently let go off by management not saying a single. Word. To any of us and not scheduling any hours. No prior discussion, complaints or feedback about performance whatsoever. Management also lied to coworkers, saying we quit or were fired (we never had any word regarding termination from management of any sort)
