-Kids are adorable -Parents are kind -Running actual classes is very fun -Some creative Freedom -Great Starter job -With the right staff this could be an amazing job.
Cons
-SO CLIQUEY -Management talks behind your back/rude to your face. -Immature management -0 training and then high expectations -Lowwwww pay and high expectations -The most negative meetings. The meetings were the management complaining about the staff. Left you feeling powerless and worthless. Did not pump staff up whatsoever. -So much gossip
