In-Market Upper Management has favoritism Commission structure constantly changes Shady management team Always bends rules for "favorites" Too much alignment calls and in store meetings about same items Schedule constantly changing Promise of overtime but schedules with cut shifts You only get promoted when you're a favorite. If you speak your mind you get retaliated against. They have false documention for incidents that happen and only one side of the story is heard. A lot of money fraud and people getting away with stealing. Perfect for sheeple.
