Communication needs to be improved between various departments inside the organization, which is required for overall growth of the company. Decision making and implementation process is Very slow. Management won't support cultural activities, Celebrations and Events.

They guided me properly at the time of hiring and they did what they have committed. I worked in Bangalore at a client place . They are pretty clear about the projects at the end client.

Only thing I suggest is to move the payroll day from 5th to early dates and changes in their leave policy....
