very good work culture with supportive management

Can't think of anything apart from maybe high working hours

Nothing at all, post spending 4-5 months here, yet nothing at all. I guess the only best past are the vendors downstairs!

The management is pathetic, it's very chaotic when it comes to operations. There isn't any escalation matrix. Almost everyone here thinks nothing less than Kushal Bhagat, themselves. No one is open to feedback. Hence there is no question of growth here for them or for anyone. My manager went on leaves, randomly one day and we saw his insta roaming in the Himalayas leaving the team to NO ONE (he was gone for 3 MONTHS)! And they don't clear the dues. So to whatever you are looking forward to, My Advo doesn't suit you at all!
