From what I experienced, none. If you're considering applying for a position here, I recommend looking for other companies to work for instead.
Cons
I couldn't stand working for Myant because of how chaotic and dysfunctional it was! The company lacked structure; the management had no idea what it was doing, communication was a mess, roles weren't clearly defined and often overlapped with one another, expectations were vague, support wasn't provided to employees, etc. Working here felt like walking through fog at times...
