Pros
Very friendly and positive work environment. Your work and skills are valued at Mydax. There are also many opertunities to learn new skills if you express an interest. Mydax focuses on quality and its treatment of staff is nothing but the best. Flexable working hows and safety minded co-workers made me feel cared for and Valued.
Cons
Do not recommend the 4x 10hr shifts, 5x 8hr shifts allow for more balance and less fatigue. Chemicals used for testing Industrial Chillers are annoying and get everywhere. With covid measures having halfed staff really bogs down production time, making some days a drag and others an insane rush.
