Pros
Not much to remember or write. Good office complex I guess.
Cons
Managers were arrogant and didn't care much about staff. Always looking for ways to pay less than staff deserve. Little respect for staff, little professionalism and cheats in general. You dare not stay overtime(voluntarily) to assist when you just closed your shift and current shift are overwhelmed with calls. You get deducted an amount for clocking out late! The system sometimes relog into your account when you're not on duty just so they can penalize you for not clocking out after your shift!
