1. There is no good projects left in the company. They are currently doing small enhancements and maintenance activity for old repos. So opportunity to learn & build from scratch is not there.
2. Not much work life balance. You are expected to work and be available all the time.
3. No flexible remote work.
4. No real innovation in Product. They just copy from other e-commerce players and keep iterating the experiments.
5. The biggest problem of all is management. They try to run teams like service based company rather than a product company with no empathy and respect towards employees. 6. Very less hikes < 6% over the last two years and no backfilling of the employees.
7. Very high attrition rate due to cultural issues.
